PrimeForge ("we", "us") sells digital educational products — currently PrimeForge Commerce OS, a downloadable PDF playbook with companion spreadsheet and templates (the "Product") — via this website, with payment processed by Stripe.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own learning and business. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share download links, or use the Product's content to create competing products. All content remains our intellectual property.
Prices are shown in USD and charged once at checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices may change; launch pricing is time-limited and the price at your time of purchase applies.
The Product is delivered digitally, immediately after payment, via a download page and email. If anything fails to arrive, email us with your receipt and we will fix it promptly.
If within 30 days of purchase you don't believe the Product is worth what you paid, email manos@primeforgedigital.com from the address used at checkout, with your receipt, and we will refund you in full.
The Product is education, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Building a business involves risk and effort; results depend on your execution and market conditions. Examples and benchmarks in the Product are illustrative, not promises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Product or this site is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
You agree not to abuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use our forms to send spam or automated submissions.
